curious why so adamant about 'no buyers brokers' ... the upper floor of this place is like tower of pisa. But thats what $1mil gets you .

Perhaps they don't have a signed exclusive? Or are doing it for a very low commission?

Since they're not REBNY they don't have to give anyone any commission.
