The Harrison - price hike for units already sold

Discussion about The Harrison at 27-21 44 Drive in Hunters Point
Quite interested in this building so went to tour the construction the other day. Turned out all the south-facing 1 beds have already been sold except for one on the 2nd floor however the same units still show available with price keeps going up by x% every couple weeks.

I looked at 93 Worth a few years ago (pre construction.) Apartments were listed as available; then I was told they were sold when I called a few days later; then they showed up again as available at a higher price. My guess is similar here - offers were coming in too quickly so they are playing games
