7E sold for $2.025 million in 2014. What's the issue?

How in the world are people earning below the income restrictions purchasing 2MM apartments. Do that many people have trust funds?

The income restrictions in this building are not your standard HDFC restrictions.

True but at this price point, the income needed is about $800k per yr! Curious as to what the limits are if that is under the limit?
