Discussion about 35 Park Avenue in Murray Hill
Hi. I'm interested in renting an apartment in this building. It seems really nice but I've heard some negative things about lawsuits and cleanliness. Can anybody share any insights? Thanks.

Thanks. But I was hoping for viewpoints from people a little more objective. Current and/or previous renters. Moot anyway. The apartment is no longer available.
