Preliminary Budget #s for 750 sqft apartment

Hi all, I'm in the design phase for a 1 bed/2 full bath renovation in Manhattan. I just got hit with a very large estimate from my designer's preferred contractor. I'll obviously look to bid this out if we can't hit my budget target, but would be very grateful for the community's input on whether the following figures are at all reasonable. Thanks very much! Electric - $10k for 40 points Plumbing - $20k for 11 fixtures Painting - $10k New Flooring - $22k (includes soundproofing and waterproofing)
