In looking at the pictures and layout, something is off. Am I missing something? If the dimensions in the layout are accurate -- and even with the most generous calculation -- this duplex seems that it can't be more than 1200. (The 1-bdrm apartment sizes seem off, too, and the penthouse seems to be the one w/ 1400+ sq ft size.) Also, perhaps because the penthouse is the only one that is staged, the pictures are from the penthouse not the 3-bdrm duplex.

I hope the square footage figures are accurate, because the current ppsf is stratospheric relative to what this area used to sell for a few years ago!

Nothing in particular stands out as being a red flag, however I only briefly reviewed the listing. Perhaps you can contact the listing agents?
