Discussion about 88 Morningside at 88 Morningside Avenue in South Harlem
why has the sidewalk shed been there for over a year with no work being done? financial trouble and cannot come up enough funds to finish exterior repair?

The building hired engineers to examine the building and it has repaired as well as paid for the brick work on the facade. This building has strong financials and a healthy reserve fund.
