You walk in, go down a flight of stairs to get to the mid-level (and a loft bedroom), then down another flight to get to the LR and kitchen. Lots of stairs to be carrying groceries around. And it seems dubious from a fire safety perspective, unless I'm missing another entrance somewhere.
