Discussion about

Are there hotel condos in the under $700k range available? Do they generate income? Is there other rental vehicles for those who visit now and then?

Terrible deal. You are providing cheap financing and covering the hotels expenses and enjoy little upside. They tout them as homes that you can use for x number of days per year which only muddies the math. These should be marketed as securities. and not real estate.
