Condo offering plan ammendments - prices going up at Toren?

Dear all, Received the latest batch of offering plan ammendments at Toren. The "estimated purchase price" for my unit has gone up 6% (from the price I paid). Does that mean anything? Is it a marketing gimmick, or is it just part and parcel of prices going up accross the building? Cheers, AP

This way when they have to lower prices by 20%, it won't be as bad a fall....
