Discussion about 210 East 63rd Street in Lenox Hill
I'm thinking about buying a unit in this building. But the buildings looks rundown. The commen area is not well maintained. The Apt itself looks fine from inside though. There is an oning assessment fee. But I don't think it's used towards the maintenance.... Anyone knows about the building?
