The Horizon value

There was a major assessment last month for money already spent last year. It seems to go throughout the year, meaning the common charges practically went by 50%, something that blindsided the unit owners.

It looks like there will be another assessment in 2018 for the hallways and another one for 2019 for elevators and major renovations. The north side of the building is now facing a major construction site. There is a problem to get a mortgage because of the finances/assessments were handled poorly. I would stay away from this building, unless you are looking for financial headaches for years to come.
