Would a coop owner be required to file an alteration agreement to install a bidet seat? For those who are unfamiliar, this is what installation entails: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dy_4kLVwUOs My coop requires filing for the installation of a new plumbing fixture, but I don't think a bidet seat, which runs off a splitter of the toilet's water supply would be considered a fixture.
