FYI .building has high sponsor ownership so no banks will lend. Must be all cash purchase so don't waste money on board minutes.

The comment above is 100% false. I purchased in this cooperative complex two years ago and was able to secure a 30 year fixed rate mortgage from Citibank. The owner occupancy rate is well above 50%. You can look at the ACRIS filings for confirmation.
