quick question: do you own in the building and have some insight info or know fsbo there? You are listing an Elliman listing on your website, is that your exclusive too (2bdr for $2M). Why don't you advertise as Building Expert? Just curious..
also, there is 41A for sale that you don't put in your Building Expert website, but is here on SE. Not that expert at the Highpoint?
How would he know? This guy had the great idea of advertising a bunch buildings for free on SE using other broker's listing on his website. And he didn't even bother to copy all the listings, just a few. Talk about a real expert. Nice operation.
