Lease Transfer/Take-over

I am looking to get out of my lease to relocate back to Texas asap. My lease is up in November and I need to move by end of April. The apartments are the Reflections in Casselberry, FL. It will be available May 1st. It is a spacious 2 bdrm 2 bath really cute apartment with a screened in balcony. Huge laundry room. Utilities are really cheap. The property is gated and has ponds with ducks, etc. Very convenient to stores and parks. Great school system. The office said that I need to find someone to take over the apartment. They can get their own lease, you will not have to be tied to mine. You just have to qualify. And I did with no issues.
