Discussion about
Yorkville prices have gone up a lot in the years leading up to the 2nd ave. subway opening, and in the few months since they seem indecisive. Do you think it will continue to blossom or has it reached its full potential?

I think the stagnation in the past few months is due to NYC RE market in general cooling off, and not Yorkville-specific. It's still a slightly more affordable area than other Manhattan areas so there is probably more room to grow in the longer run.

Some of it may be the old investment adage "buy on the rumor, sell on the news".
