Also the terrace is listed at 557 square feet not 687.

And with streeteasy's new anonymous broker system, the lack of transparency will encourage more shadiness.

The big question is, now that this information has been made public, does this now make streeteasy part of the defendant list when a buyer decides to sue for false advertising? :)

I think its harder to make a case you are just "a platform" for information when you now are the face without a specific broker immediately listed as the source.
