Horrendous layout & design. A handful of small windows. Wonderful. And this is before mentioning that this ain't no 3 Bedroom apartment. It's a 2 Bedroom unless you want to chop the Living Room in half. Pricing this drek at $3.5 million means that the brokers are clueless. This apartment will sell much, much closer to the $2.5 million it was priced at a few years ago although I personally think it's worth closer to $2 million.
