Renovation of 4,000 sq foot house in West LA

Hi, I'd appreciate everyone's input. I'm looking at purchasing a 4,000 sq foot house in West LA. The bones are good, as is the floor plan. The house needs significant cosmetic work, such as: Clean/buff the limestone flooring in living area Remove wood paneling in one room and paint it white Paint 3 rooms in the house Stain the interior doors dark Renovate the master bathroom with updated vanity, new marble, and new fixtures. Renovate kitchen. I don't know if I can keep the current cabinets. Definitely the countertops have to be changed. Also, I'd need to add an island. Update the powder room with a new vanity and sink. Paint it. Add some character to the doors or entry ways by adding an arch shaped entry instead of a square. I eventually need to clear some of the backyard and install grass, but that can wait. [less]
