Just saw a studio there posted for 380,000 464 sq feet- 313- maint- 19 in taxes I think this is way over priced. What do you guys think? Given the area still has some time before it develops .. any ideas? suggestions

its on the 6th floor...is the seller asking too much?

Took a buyer client there last January. Super industrial area - views of 59th St Bridge approach, abandoned cars, and hundreds (thousands?) of tires. We ended up buying an UES Jr-1 for $327K.

I saw it too but I believe the 380,000 price includes a parking spot which were selling for about 50,000

Can anyone who lives in this building, especially in a south facing apt, comment on the noise level from passing trains and off ramp of QB bridge? Thanks.
