PTAC units in my one bedroom.

I have two Suburban PTAC that I would like to change. dl3-09121 and dl3-1622 I am hesitating with the AMANA PTH153G35A (about $900) that has pretty good review and the following Islandaire unit: EZ12A2GSP1S44AL $1500.00 (12,000 BTUh Cooling, 14,500 Heating) . Any experience, input with those brands? Any ideas why the islandaire unit is so much more expensive. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Amana if it works as replacement. Ajmadison will even deliver and install for you for 200.. Islandaire only for compatibility issues.
