The jr 4 here sell at about 425-450. So a two bed priced here is too high. Should be at about 600k. Even that is VERY high for Riverdale, but the building is nice.

Hello, thank you for your comment. This building gets higher prices than other buildings in Riverdale due to the location, view and amenities. The most recent 2-bedroom sales were between $669,000 and $790,000.
