Archway in the kitchen between stove and fridge means inefficient use of counterspace -- everything is on one side or the other. They're probably structural, so no way to remove them, alas. Better placement of washer & dryer would have been in the 'nook' of the breakfast area, freeing up cabinet space for kitchenware and food storage. Main entertaining and social spaces will be dark -- the LR doesn't really have a window, and the relationship of the den to the window means it's not getting much light. They've got it set up for TV, which if that's all you do would be fine. Separation of public and private space is good, though it's a shame there's no shorter walk from the front door to the kitchen (i.e., no service entrance). The steps are a problem: grandma will have problems getting around in her wheelchair, and the kids will inevitably trip and drop their juice class a few dozen times. (I don't understand the combination that let that happen). 2 bedrooms are small-ish, though the angled doors are a clever solution to limited space. Placement of furniture in the smaller, left bedroom will be limited given the window layouts. Column in the middle of the 'office' is unfortunate.

4 out of the 7 "rooms" (yeah, right) have 1 dimension under 10 feet.
