Is a 48" floating vanity too heavy?

We are doing a gut renovation of a large bathroom and the salesperson suggested a 48" wall hung vanity. I'm wondering if that would be too heavy, given the stone countertop, sink, and leaning on the counter. Also, the brand was Empire Industries Daytona style, and I can't find any reviews about the quality. Any thoughts?

Your contractor will use appropriate additional support in the wall or stronger framing studs to hang the vanity.
