Is 48" floating vanity too heavy?

Gut renovating a big bathroom and am having second thoughts about a wall hung 48" vanity. I like the look, but am afraid it might be too heavy with the stone countertop, sink and people leaning on it. Anyone have feedback?

I have installed larger wall hung vanities but please make sure your contractor installs the required support in the wall.
