Prior Sale Price Not In Streeteasy

We're selling our apartment, and the prior sale (when we purchased it) isn't recorded - we purchased quite a bit above ask, and so the just from the prior sales price to our current sales price looks huge. Is there any way to get our prior sale info in? It's properly recorded on other websites, like zillow.

Hi Michelle, this can obviously be a serious issue if you're trying to sell. If StreetEasy is not properly feeding recorded sales data for your property, send them an email! Think it's support @ streeteasy . com

I would be annoyed as well, though the one mitigating fact is at least there will be a long period of time between the previous sale and where you're trying to list it. Plus people can click on the original recorded sale and see that it wasn't you.

How are you going about your sale? Are you doing it assisted FSBO through Hauseit, full 6% traditional or full on do it yourself (i.e. craigslist / zillow)?
