Discussion about 220 Madison Avenue #9C
This is the 2nd 1 bedroom I've seen in this building with a maintenance at almost $1800 and way overpriced in the $700k's!! Maybe I'd consider buying at $575k, but that maintenance for a non white glove bldg. and apparently bad management is a doozy!!

Maintenance is just over $2 per sq f which is in the normal range now for a doorman building as the taxes have continued to increase. Sold for $590k in 2012. Do not think you can get it below $700k.

Hard to say it's totally out of line for a full service prewar 1BR in Murray Hill.
