Discussion about
We need to replace a toilet (hopefully just swapping out ancient flushoneter for a newer one) and replace a showerhead that has terrible water pressure. Our building will require all the usual insurance, paperwork, etc. but I'm just not sure who to call with a small job like this. Thanks in advance for any advice.

You could call the managing agent and ask who "the building's plumber" is.

I would also check to see if anyone in the building is doing a reno. It would be very easy for that contractor to send his plumber over

Watch a YouTube video. Very easy to swap out a toilet.

Shower head most likely clogged, also simple diy.
