http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=argZU2ttAB3E&refer=home There are other data points showing a 30% decline in commercial property values in Manhattan. 850 3rd Ave, the Credit Lyonnais building at 1301 6th Ave, and Park Ave. Tower at 65 E 55th street all reportedly sold at an average decline of 32% from 15 months ago.
