We've never borrowed through you due to better pricing on the day from competitors but you'd be the first or second call I'd make when we look to buy again........I'm sure over the years I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I can't even count the number of clients I've referred to Sunny: he's responsive, he brings warmth on the "easy" deals, and he untangles the difficult ones. One story: a tech client of mine goes and gets his/her own financing from a Major International Bank. That Major International Bank, even with an office in New York, somehow can't process what a Restricted Stock Unit is, and how to value the (substantial) portion of my client's wealth that is in employer stock grants.

Their underwriting department keeps getting stuck on the fact of a relatively low salary instead of on the fact of relatively high assets. (This in a town that has major offices for LinkedIN, Google, Facebook, Uber, etc.) We put in a Hail Mary call to Sunny and he clears the file in less than 48 hours.
