Tried to see this apartment TWICE, the tenants are living there, refused to let us in, and then on the second attempt, the super refused to answer the door or let us in too!

Sounds like your broker isn't giving proper notice to view the apartment.

Nope, he had tried, the super told him when to bring us by, so I'd be wary of this building/super
