CEMA Lenders for purchase

Wells Fargo does them with probably the least amount of resistance in the marketplace. Also, a client of mine is doing a purchase CEMA with Citizens right now, as well, but he needed an exception to get it done. Citizens Bank does, as does Capital One. Reach out to Sunny Hong, he did a great job for my last client.

I have lenders who will do a purchase CEMA, however a seller's lender would have to produce the original note. Not even Wells Fargo would go forward without that. Then the purchaser is probably in contract. But it's worth a try.
