This unit was listed for 1.695M as unit 22C, now as 23C (the upstairs of the duplex) its somehow worth 1.3M more?????

I have to agree. I too am baffled. Not to mention that maintenance??!

The seller is a genius. Step 1, overprice the listing. Step 2, have no one interested. Step 3, raise price by 15%!
