This has some great attributes, but I'm not sure who designed the bathrooms. The tile is absolutely hideous and clashes with the floors. Also, it was strange that they have all of their electrical outlets 3 feet off the floor - it's not attractive.

It was clearly designed for the people who renovated it. Even though it's brand new, one would have to make a bunch of changes, especially in all of the bathrooms - they look like a fast food restaurant. Also, the kitchen floor has some kind of vinyl covering on it.

I can only see one picture of the bathroom . In general, the reno looks nice and clean but does not have the extravagant finishes commensurate with the price.

When you spend $26 million for an apartment you can rip out the bathrooms if you don't like them. No big deal. LOL!

While it is true that most buyers will redecorate with an interior designer at this price point, some may not want to go through the hassle of renovation.

Great space - on the wrong floor for the price - see the trees , not the skyline
