Hamtons broker

I am a real estate broker who has owned a house in The Hamptons since 1999. Before that I rented and was looking for a house for a few years before I bought. The address of my license is in The Hamptons, East Hampton. I do work there as well as in the city. I do know some good brokers there that I could co broker with if need be. What I would bring to the table so to speak is my knowledge of The Hamptons and the real estate trends there and what properties are worth. I am also a mortgage broker, I therefore can screen potential buyers.
I myself am thinking of razing my house and building a spec house. I have a local builder in mind.

I hear lawyers in the Hamptons charge 10x as much as ones in the city, yet do a tenth of the work ... true?
