Do you have to clear the shelves every time you lower the bed?

The shelves pull away from the wall and rotate, revealing the murphy bed on the other side.

There was a link to a manufacturer but breaks forum rules I guess. Google Italian Murphy bed, pricey though.

I wonder how they got it up there? That building used to be notorious for having 1 small elevator and no freight.

I agree that it looks like the Tavolo, and it's very pretty. However, one of the nice things about a traditional Murphy bed closet is that you have depth for a headboard shelf, where you can keep an alarm clock, and to install lights, which are nice for reading in bed.
