Horrible experience with BHS Management

I live in a Park Ave Coop and have just had another mind boggling experience with our managing agent, BHS. They really don't care a hoot about shareholders only doing the minimum required. Avoid Fenwick Keats Management. They are worse!

they can be a little nutty about lining up all the pencils in the same direction, but I've generally had good experiences with Rose (as a broker, not a shareholder).
