Hello... I'm looking for a property manager for a small (<10 units) condo building in Brooklyn and have been hard pressed to find a company we like that handles buildings as small as ours. Help!

Where in Brooklyn are you located? You are a little on the small size, but we might look at you depending on location.

I would find out who's managing similar size buildings in your direct neighborhood. There is an advantage to one manager handling 3 buildings within 5 blocks of each other. Especially if there is a part time and shared super.
