2 year BED BUG Infestation at this property - 2017

Building 220 West 24th and it's adjoining bldg located at 225 West 23rd street, has had an ongoing bed bug infestation for the past 2 years. Atlas Capital Group & ACG Management which runs both properties have been negligent in dealing with this very serious ongoing problem. Citi Habitats is also not forthcoming with potential new tenants when showing vacant apartments in the bldg and disclosing the true facts about the infestation. Renter should beware.
