building at 160 East 3rd Street

I totally disagree. I live there now and have done for over a year and think it's great. The super has always been really helpful to me - and the other residents are really lovely.

What a bizzare shoot down of this building....I have lived here over a decade and could not be happier. The garden is looking amazing. It has been a labor of love and will reflect the care and dedication of the people who live here. We all look out for each other, have garden bbq's and gatherings and are a very happy bunch :) I can only imagine that you may have rented from the sponsor. If that was the case as is often the case with landlords who own many listings, there is a lack of care and attentiveness because usually you are just a number on their payroll...but, you will find a very happy community here. I guarantee that.
