Licensed RE brokers listing an apartment as a three bedroom which does not meet the legal definition of a bedrooms should be fined and have their license challenged. Unprofessional behavior of licensed professionals should be challenged.

It's ok, it's for the maid! (back in the day when we were less concerned about their well being). Apparently a day-maid (i.e., wouldn't be sleeping there), since there's no bathtub.

But, if you could figure out how to get a tub into the maid's area, you could combine the 2 'bedrooms', and have something reasonable. Even without the 2nd bath, combining the 2 rooms would be viable.
