Does any owner / renter / investor have experience with or knowledge on The Laurel at 400 East 67th on UES? Almost 10% of total units have been put up for sale. Anything of concern for buyers?

HI RealMe, No issues. The building has a tax abatement ends which ends 2021. Many investors purchase new buildings with tax abatement and then sell a few years before its over. I'm guessing this are investors.
