There are a number of outside the box economic indicators that are occasionally referenced. I've found that when chatter slows down in the forum it's generally a sign that the market is slowing. Just thought. Keith Tbg

I never thought I would live to see the day that NYC Real Estate is stagnant. Question is- will it be like this for the next 4 years?

Any indicators on urbandigs that could point to this being any different from prior summers?

Definitely not stagnant, perhaps re balancing . I was just making the point that when these threads quiet down that can be reflective of the market. That said we were suddenly slammed yesterday, 2 accepted offers as well with much less resistance.
