Reviewing Architect

Not much you can do. I am not sure what you paid your architect to do but items like door schedules and details like what products you will be using like soundproofing is not out of the ordinary

Have your architect pick 5-10 most unreasonable demands in his/her opinion and discuss with the managing agent. You certainly do not need signed and sealed application as you may have make changes as per the building architect's request but the submission to the building architect should be clean as if it is ready for DOB filing. Some of the above list seems very simple to comply.
