Discussion about 2621 Palisade Avenue #17D/E
BEWARE. I think the last time a combination was proposed the Board let a sale go through and then they did everything they could do to block the combo from heppening. Just have your eyes open.

17E was last purchased in 2005. I wonder if the current owner of 17D was trying to combine the apartments?

Also, how on Earth do you combine those two apartments? They're connected by the kitchen of one and the bathroom of the other... It would be a bizarre layout, to say the least.

HE306 Good point. I didn't lool at the floor plans. You would have to reroute plumbing to combine apartments. That's probably why they never combined the apartments.
