building at 323 EAST 90 STREET

Not worth the hassle of dealing with owner Julie Fine. She will harass you for the duration of your time there and then try to scam you out of your security deposit. AVOID BUILDING AT ALL COSTS !

From a previous victim, this is the best advice anyone can give. The building's owner, Julie Fine, is a bully and a thief; not only will she harass you for your entire lease with screaming phone calls and unannounced visits, she has NO intention of returning your security deposit and will do whatever she can to claim it. Also, the "no fee" is fake- she will insist you pay the fee on the day you sign the lease, or no deal.

Do yourself a favor- find another apartment.

All comments in regards to the land-lady are correct. She'll harass you from day one. Not worth paying ALL that money to be bothered on a weekly basis.

Don't say we didn't warn you!!!

Stay away from JULIE FINE... she's the devil!

THIS IS THE BEST APARTMENT I'VE EVER LIVED IN! Please email me for details or to have a discussion. I've lived here for 1.5 years now and have had nothing but great experiences with Julie. I am a 28yr old banker, I keep my apartment clean, I chat with Julie once a month to say hi and see if she needs help in the building and I pay my rent on time. I have had no bad experiences to date. This is the cleanest building, the best super and attendant and a wonderful location with a great stoop :-)
