Can you please fill me in on how the new billing will work. Sure $3/day/listing is pretty straightforward, but if I remove a listing 'temporarily' because there is an application or contract pending on it, will this be removed from your website at that point so that I will avoid the $3/day charge? Can I thereafter simply re-activate the listing if the transaction is not consummated without having to input the information again? Similarly, if I wanted to control my advertising budget/costs, and say keep my listings at a maximum of 5 per day, is there a way to take a listing down and substitute another listing one day, then reverse the process another day so that although I would be alternating listings, I would not go over my budget of 5/day? Is it necessary for Streeteasy to include when the apartment or property went on your website and its history - this tends to favor renters and buyers and puts landlords and sellers at a distinct disadvantage. What is the reasoning behind this? What do you have against Landlords and sellers, or brokers for that matter - aren't we the ones who are responsible for paying the bulk of your regular cash flow? Shouldn't these transactions be kept on an even playing field? I am of the opinion that your policy is attempting to control the market but providing one side with oodles of data and information, and not providing the other side with any. Why not let the market work the way it suppose to work? It certainly does not need anyone's help, nor does it need anyone's interference. [less]
