Anyone familiar with the building? Looking at the apartment there. Prices are lower, that the rest of the neighborhood. Wonder why?

This is a HDFC building and income restrictions apply.

Not only do income restrictions apply, though it is also a very tough board. With the income restriction and the high maintenance- you will also need a substantial down payment.
