Constant dog barking

Discussion about 155W68 at 155 West 68th Street in Lincoln Square
Why did this building start allowing dogs? The barking is everywhere.

At some point during the last decade dog's have gained greater rights than people. I am an animal lover; but when I get on a plane and people have their dog's in those little containers (I have family members who are allergic) and then take them out (against Jet Blue's rules) and the staff of the plane encourages it I capitulate. Thank god the dog didn't need to use the bathroom.
